2 Week check-in

It’s been two weeks since I’ve started going to the gym and I have managed to go everyday except one. My schedule is to go 6 days a week with one day as a down day.  In the two weeks I have lost six and a half pounds (6.4). I’m happy but need to lose more weight and keep it off. My goal is to drop 100 pounds by the end of the year, though I need to re-evaluate that with a doctor as that might be considered unhealthy for my body build.
